Return Policy

If you’re unsure one of our products will fit correctly,  it’s always best to start with the Size Guides on each product page, or our awesome Rider Service can assist you in finding the right product.

That said we still have a 45-day return policy, which means you have 45 days after receiving your item arrived to request a return. COSTS MAY APPLY!

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet these criteria.

To start a return, you can login here with your email and order number. We will than take care of the rest for you and contact you with further instructions.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Return here

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Any items with discounts of 30% and higher are considered sale items.

We also do not accept returns outside of the EU, USA and Canada.

*For Swiss, UK and Norwegian customers, please note that import duties for your return package need to be paid by you, otherwise the return package will not arrive back at our warehouse. These costs are not refundable.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and processed by our warehouse, you will be notified via email when the refund has been issued. A refund can only go back to the same form of payment used on the order. Please note, it may take a few business days for your refund to be reflected in your bank account.

Exchanges

At the moment, we are not able to 'exchange' items directly. Please go ahead and create a new order on our website for the item you want. To return your original order, just follow the 'returns' procedure. You’ll receive a refund for items returned in new and unused condition.

Product Return Costs

In the case of damaged products or wrongly shipped items we will cover the costs for the return. In all other cases you will be obliged to cover the costs for your return shipment.
