They were very helpful when getting me a new set of these footbeds after their poor design they redesigned them with a screw to keep them in place. Once I got my replacements with the screws. The screws were not long enough to even screw into the bindings. I had to go to my local hardware store and get longer ones for them to even work. I already left a 5 start review for them once they sent me replacements after the old design failed. I keep getting spammed to write a review so here it is :) just plan on buying new screws when getting these. Because the ones that come with it don’t work.

Amazing customer service I had the old set of footbeds they broke and lost one of them. I reached out and they responded the next day to help me. They got me hooked up with some brand new ones! They are on the way to my house right now! Highly recommend the business.
